Debra Webster, known as Debsta, is an artist and illustrator based in the Midlands in the UK. Much of her work is inspired by the sea and the natural world. Growing up in the Yorkshire countryside, weekends were spent by the sea. Later on in life she studied Applied Environmental Science at university and developed a love of travel, especially adventures that took her near, on, or in the sea. After several years working in Education Debsta shifted focus back to her love of art. Since 2018 Debsta has shared her work in local exhibitions and begun sharing her knowledge with the community.

  • Adult beginners art group, Ruddington – Tuesdays 10 till 12 noon – The next sessions are 15th and 29th September 2026
  • Adult beginners art group, Ruddington – second and fourth Thursdays 7.30 to 9.30pm- The next sessions are on 10th & 24th September 2026
  • NEW 1 to 1 sessions for all ages and abilities available from November 2025 contact me directly.
  • Group Exhibitions planned before Christmas at the QMC gallery in Nottingham, the David Lloyd leisure centre in West Bridgford and a joint exhibition to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in December.
